Business Manager

To support in executing the strategic direction of the Group


  • Analyze and understand data for projects from various data sources and data from different departments

· Translate data into models to direct the design, creation, implementation and maintenance of group-wide frameworks or processes to provide clear and timely information and recommendations on the key business drivers that will improve the quality of strategic decision making

  • Provide guidance to Managers and stakeholders on how to use available data, extract meaning, reconcile assumptions, and identify logical path for action.

· Build dashboards and reports to empower operational and exploratory data analysis and employ investigative analytics for the development and growth of business to ensure achieving firm’s ROC, ROI objectives

  • Evaluate and Introduce cutting edge technologies in the areas of process improvement, data analytics, business intelligence, cloud data storage and data science

· To help create business management and risk governance structures and ensure effective functioning of committees through tracking of KPI and KRI

· To help identify and execute growth opportunities across our business lines, either organically or via M&A, while developing and maintaining a deep and comprehensive understanding of MNA’s competitive landscape

· To take on, or contribute to, as appropriate, confidential Group Strategic projects / initiatives as directed
