Purpose of the role
The successful candidate will provide a key link between the Solutions Business and the Control and Support functions of the parent company, transferring information and preparing reports, analysis and commentary for both sides and will be a key point of contact for several areas. You will be assisting the COO to drive improvements enabling a sustainable growth of the Solutions division, proactively managing risks of the team by putting in place controls and enhancing related documentation, as well as playing a key part in driving change through projects and new business rollouts.
This role encompasses several disciplines; from management reporting to project management and administrative support, to developing models and effectively analysing information to support high-level strategic decision-making. You will be also focused on workflow processes and systems, looking for standardisations and efficiencies.

Skills and Experience required
- Graduate with a first or an upper second-class degree, ideally in an associated discipline.
- A few years’ experience in a similar role, not necessarily in this industry, although that would be helpful
- Highly adept user of MS Excel – certainly macro level, ideally VBA.
- Resilient and detailed, able to thrive and focus under pressure.

- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset
