Purpose of Role

The Corporate Affairs Intern supports the planning and execution of corporate events while contributing to key communications initiatives across the firm. The role assists with logistics, content development, research, and program management to ensure consistent messaging and effective stakeholder engagement. By collaborating with cross‑functional teams and providing operational and administrative support, the intern helps strengthen the firm’s communication strategy and overall event delivery.

Main Responsibilities

      Event Coordination-

  • Assist in planning and executing corporate events, including internal meetings, town halls, client engagements, and board meetings. 
  • Responsibilities include logistics management, vendor coordination, and onsite support. 

      Program Management-

  • Support various communications initiatives by tracking deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder communications.

      Content Development-

  • Contribute to internal and external communications materials such as newsletters, briefing documents, presentations, and social media content.

      Research & Reporting-

  • Conduct research on industry trends, media coverage, and best practices to support strategic initiatives.

      Stakeholder Participation-

  • Work closely with cross-functional global teams, including Marketing, HR, and leadership, to ensure alignment on messaging and events.

      Administrative Support-

  • Assist with scheduling, document management, and other day-to-day operational tasks as needed.

Skills and Experience:

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration is preferred but finance is accepted.
• Genuine interest in one or more of the program’s departmental tracks.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship, including, but not limited to, F-1, J-1, and M-1 visa holders, as well as individuals on CPT or OPT.
