Marex Spectron gains 1st approval on LMEprecious

Marex Spectron, the global commodities broker, becomes the first broker to be approved as an LMEprecious Trading and Clearing member.

LMEprecious, which launched today, is a joint initiative between the London Metal Exchange, the World Gold Council, and other partners, offering daily and monthly futures contracts for gold and silver.

David Govett, Marex Spectron’s Head of Precious Metals, commented: “As a leading precious metals broker, we are pleased to offer access to LME gold and silver futures, which complements our existing precious metals OTC and futures business.”
