| Energy Markets – Zishi & Marex SME | Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of energy market trading, with an emphasis on oil and distillate products. The module covers key strategies like calendar and crack spreads, hedging practices, and profit and loss calculation. | |
| Managing Upwards | Teaches proactive strategies for managing expectations with supervisors, adapting to changing priorities, and taking ownership with the P.A.R. approach. | |
| Metals Markets Zishi & Marex SME | Dives into the specifics of trading on the London Metal Exchange (LME), covering futures contracts, hedging strategies, price mechanisms, and delivery logistics. | |
| Presenting with Impact | Refines foundational presentation skills, focusing on the A.P.P.A structure for effective communication and techniques like the “BBQ effect” to engage audiences. | |
