What is the graduate programme?

  • A London-based, full-time, two-year development programme, designed to fast-track understanding of Marex and the financial services industry.
  • The programme will help you grow your skills and expertise with the objective of continuing your career at Marex when the programme has concluded.
  • The programme begins with a comprehensive two-week bootcamp, to learn about the financial markets, our purpose, business and strategic priorities.
  • Throughout the programme, you will stay connected with your cohort through ongoing training and professional development alongside your roles.
