Purpose of Role:
The Introducing Broker, Communications and Support role is critical in driving the success of our existing Introducing Broker business by working to keep customers informed and connected to the operations of Marex and the Derivatives industry. This role combines experience in communications, event planning, and marketing/branding to help support relationships and interactions with customers.
Marex has unique access across markets with significant share globally both on and off exchange. The depth of knowledge amongst its teams and divisions provides its customers with clear advantage, and its technology-led service provides access to all major exchanges, order-flow management via screen, voice and DMA, plus award-winning data, insights and analytics.
This role supports the Introducing Broker business and its development within Clearing, North America.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for collaborating with sales, marketing, and client services teams to engage and update clients through social media, newsletters, and customer care notices.
- Plan and oversee the execution of successful sales events and conferences.
- Create and maintain inventory of Marex branded items/gifts.
- Assist with new client onboarding and support processes as required by colleagues and engage with and update clients on processes and policies.
- Work efficiently and support with making efficiencies (e.g. updating/maintaining customer contact information).
- Work with Introducing Broker sales team to track and manage pipelines
- Carrying out regulatory activities under the Marex Financial and MSIL trading books
- Liaising with clients in the United States.
- Ensuring compliance with the company’s regulatory requirements under the SEC, FINRA, NFA, CFTC and other applicable exchanges.
- Adhere to the operational risk framework for your role ensuring that all regulatory or company determined parameters are complied with.

Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.

- Substantial experience in event planning and branded item creation.
- Experience working in a regulated environment and knowledge of the risk and compliance requirements associated with this environment.
