Graduate – Sales and Trading

As a Graduate Trainee in Sales & Trading, you will be at the forefront of our business, working alongside specialist teams and experienced brokers to develop your knowledge and skills to grow our business. This programme provides the opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of asset classes in our Capital Markets business or more bespoke derivatives products in Marex Solutions.

Graduate – Business Management

As a Graduate Trainee in Business Management, you will gain exposure to a wide range of projects and activities that support the rapid growth of our business. You will be part of delivering new business initiatives in our COO team and drive improvements in our processes in our Trade Origination and Business development teams. Working alongside product and subject matter experts across the business you will develop your business and product knowledge, and key skills for your future career with Marex.

Graduate Finance – No longer accepting applications for 2024

As a finance graduate, you will be working within Group Finance, and will have the opportunity to rotate through three departments over the course of three years. You will gain valuable experience of the different functions and develop key skills for a future career within finance. Subject to performance and personal preference and circumstances, international rotation opportunities may be explored. Over the course of the three-year finance programme you will be supported to become a qualified chartered accountant through the ICAEW – a gold standard professional finance qualification that is globally recognised and funded by Marex. You will be part of the broader Marex Graduate Programme where you will have the opportunity to expand your business knowledge, network and connect with other graduates from across the Marex business .

Graduate – Technology

Launching your career in Financial Technology, you will receive on-the-job coaching from technology experts in our Business Technology and our Enterprise Technology teams. Business Technology graduates will work across the software development / DevSecOps lifecycle on major projects like acquisition integrations and software builds or optimisations. Enterprise Technology graduates will work in both infrastructure and cloud service management, and development of our data anlaysis, AI and machine learning capabilities.
