Role Summary

We are looking for a bright, hardworking onboarding professional who wants to work in a broad capacity across all onboarding, reporting and accounting operations for the Matthews Group division of Marex.

Responsibilities

  • Onboarding – Handle customer intake and keep brokers up to date with paperwork developments
  • Reporting Functions – Create and Generate reports tracking revenues and customer activity.
  • Accounting Operations – Overseeing all TMG bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable + accounts receivable, Monthly PnL
  • Data Management – Make sure financial data we get is well kept and organized
  • Ensuring compliance with the company’s regulatory requirements under the SEC, FINRA, NFA, CFTC and other applicable exchanges.
  • Adhere to the operational risk framework for your role ensuring that all regulatory or company determined parameters are complied with.
  • Role model for demonstrating highest level standards of integrity and conduct and reflecting Company Values.
  • At all times complying with Marex’s Code of Conduct
  • To ensure that you are fully aware of and adhere to internal policies that relate to you, your role or any other activities for which you have any level of responsibility
  • To report any breaches of policy to Compliance and/ or your supervisor as required
  • To escalate risk events immediately
  • To provide input to risk management processes, as required.

Skills and Experience

  • 2-10 years’ experience* of working within Onboarding/KYC/AML.
  • Experience of working within a sales environment with ambitions to expand their skillset into reporting, accounting operations and a more client focused role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Experience working in a regulated environment and knowledge of the risk and compliance requirements associated with this.
