Marex Spectron appoints Head of Institutional Sales, Metals

Marex Spectron today announced the appointment of Christian Lusted from Citi as Head of Institutional Sales, Metals, with responsibility for further building the business across hedge funds, CTA’s and trading houses.

At Citi, Christian was Head of Hedge fund Sales, EMEA, where he built-up the bank’s EMEA hedge fund and investor business across the commodities sector. Before joining Citi in 2010, Christian was on the EMEA Metal Sales Team at BNP Paribas.

Christian joins Marex Spectron’s leading global metals franchise, which has one of the deepest product ranges across base, precious and ferrous metals. Marex Spectron, a CAT 1 member on the LME, offers execution, liquidity and high-quality market insight across metals, providing execution and clearing services for exchange-traded derivatives on LME, CME, HKEX, and DGCX, as well as off-exchange precious metal products.
